• However, any additional shipping charges you may have paid are not refundable.

2. Our warehouse team will inspect all items due for returns or exchanges within 48-72 hours.
3. Once approved, it will take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account (in case of a refund).
4. For exchanges, we’ll promptly ship out your new size or product once the pickup is completed.
