15-Day Hassle-Free Returns and Refunds
At Habeas, we stand behind the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a straightforward 15-day return and refund policy. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how we make it right:

Easy Returns Process:

    Initiate Your Return:  Simply raise a return request from Return/Exchange Request page within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Simply put in your order number and email/phone number to proceed.
      Speedy Refunds:
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. In case of COD orders, the refund will be issued to your bank account.
      Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
      If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@habeas.in
      Once a product is exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
      Conditions for Returns:
      • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
      • All tags and labels must be intact.
      • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
